Disconnecting Meta access

You can remove 2 Gems Intelligence from your Facebook business integrations or ask us to disconnect it for you. Disconnecting prevents future collection but does not automatically remove reporting snapshots already created with your authority.

Requesting deletion

Email info@2gems.media with the business name, Facebook Page and Instagram username concerned. We may ask you to verify that you control the connected business before deleting its information.

After verification, we will revoke the connection and delete identifiable access credentials, imported account-level insights and stored social reporting snapshots that we are not required to retain. We will confirm when the request is complete.
