A Harcourts property film combining efficient production, subtle AI enhancement and a custom lyrical soundtrack written for the home.

Harcourts Property Centre
A focused production
This property film was captured for Carmen Briggs from Harcourts Property Centre. The production was intentionally efficient: approximately 90 minutes on location, followed by around four hours of editing and finishing.
AI used where it adds value
AI was used selectively to solve two specific visual problems. In the lounge, bright exterior windows were overexposed in the original footage. The corrected version restores detail beyond the glass while keeping the room natural and believable.
The outdoor fireplace scene was also transformed from bright daytime into a warm twilight moment. The change gives the film a stronger emotional finish without altering the character of the home.
The goal was not to make the property look artificial. It was to refine moments that could not be captured perfectly on the day and keep every enhancement photorealistic.

Daylight capture transformed into a warm evening scene.

A soundtrack written for the property
The most interesting experiment was the soundtrack. I have not always been convinced by AI-generated music, but this project showed me where it can be genuinely useful.
Instead of choosing a generic library track, I wrote a custom song for the property. Its lyrics were shaped around the home and timed to complement the images on screen. That creates a closer relationship between what viewers hear and what they see.
For real estate marketing, this opens up a valuable creative option. A bespoke soundtrack can give a listing its own tone, support the story of the home and help the finished film feel more memorable.
A second property, the same considered approach
This second film for Carmen Briggs applies the same considered process to a different home. Selective AI enhancements refine the presentation, while a custom music soundtrack gives the property its own pace and identity.
Together, the two films show how the approach can be repeated without making every listing feel the same. The technology supports the character of each property rather than becoming the focus.
The result
The final film combines efficient on-location production, considered editing, restrained AI enhancement and music created specifically for the property.
AI is most useful here as part of the production toolkit, not as the attraction itself. The technology supports the footage, solves practical problems and helps present the home at its best while keeping the result credible.
